18 years of experience in managing major capital construction projects in the petroleum, mining, and energy industries.

One of his significant achievements was creation from the scratch of the logistics operator company for core business units of the State Atomic Energy Corporation Rosatom.

Anton Moskvin is Vice President for Marketing and Business Development in Rusatom Overseas, front-rank player of the Russian nuclear industry, which brings the exclusive Rosatom Integrated Offer for large and small scale nuclear power plants, as well as for Rosatom Centers for Nuclear Science and Technology to the global market.

Mr. Moskvin has over 10 years of professional experience in the Russian nuclear energy industry. Currently based in Moscow, Mr. Moskvin leads Rusatom Overseas activities in international business Development, scouting for market opportunities and promoting the Russian nuclear technologies abroad. Anton is a Head of Rusatom Overseas sale team, responsible for promoting Rosatom Integrated Offers on a global scale, leading business negotiations and reaching agreements with international partners for projects Development.

Anton Moskvin is also the head of Rosatom’s hydrogen energy commercialization activities in charge of Development of Rosatom’s business in this area.

Mr. Moskvin is a member of Supervisory Board of Rosatom’s Corporate Academy and an experienced mentor for employees of various Rosatom’s entities.

Anton Moskvin holds a degree in International Relations from National Research Nuclear University (MEPhI) and is a Certified IPMA Level “A” Project Director.

Graduated from Leningrad Higher Marine Engineering College of Admiral Makarov with the electromechanics diploma. Active maritime duty on atomic icebreakers from 1976 till 1990.

Has 6 inventor’s certificates (4 of them are implemented on the icebreakers) and more than 100 technical solutions.

In 1990 Mr. Demin graduated from Moscow State Institute for International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of USSR

Since January 2015 until now Mr. Demin serves as a Regional vice-president for East Asia of “Rusatom International Network” (Rosatom)

From November 2015 till February 2019 Mr. Demin has been serving as a General Manager of “Rosatom East Asia” (Beijing, China), Rosatom’s regional office responsible for business activities in East Asia.

Since February 2019 Mr. Demin has been appointed as CEO of newly established Rosatom South East Asia Pte., Ltd., branch in Japan.

In 2018 joined the State Atomic Energy Corporation “ROSATOM”, and appointed as Official Representative of “Rosatom” in Japan in the rank of the Councilor of the Embassy of Russia in Japan.
Before joining “Rosatom” worked for the Trade Representation of Russia in Japan, the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia.
